Hello, my name is Daniel Havard and I am the Technology Director for Hemphill ISD.

Hemphill I.S.D has made great strides with technology over the years. Dedication and commitment by the Board of Trustees, the administration, and a dedicated staff, have enhanced the district’s technology status by providing Internet connectivity to every classroom, eleven computer labs, video conferencing, digital document cameras and projectors for each teacher, and SmartBoard© interactive white boards for each teacher who entered a request, just to name some of the enhancements.

We strive to make sure we keep up with emerging technologies that assist students and teachers in getting the most out of their learning environment. As the Technology Director, I am proud to say that Hemphill ISD is committed to excellence in education
